Golden Key Number 222--Invest In The Permanent

I learned this golden key from Sai Baba. In his discourses on the Bhagavad Gita, he spoke of the importance of investing one’s energies in that which is permanent rather than that which is impermanent. We each have a choice right now whether we invest our energies in our spiritual bank account or our material bank account. One is permanent and the other is impermanent.

I am not saying that the earthly concerns are not important for they are. But they are important only in the context of our spiritual life and service. Those who invest their time and energy in material concerns will be bankrupt in their life on the inner plane, for they will have invested unwisely. Don’t get pulled off your dharma onto side roads of your lower self and negative ego. Do not get caught up in glamour, maya and illusion, for these hold nothing for you but sorrow. Do not give into temptation. Remain completely focused and vigilant in terms of your true divine priorities.

We are living in a most extraordinary period of Earth’s history of mass ascension. Ascension is no longer only for the select few. It is for everyone. Let us work together, arm and arm and shoulder to shoulder to make this change. This is not God’s job or the ascended masters’ job. It is our job, for we are the externalization of the Hierarchy on Earth.

The ascended masters on the inner plane work with us to train and prepare us to do this work. They will then move on in their cosmic evolution. We will take their places in the spiritual government, and we will help our brothers and sisters on Earth as we have been helped.

Golden Key Number 223--Deny All But God

The next key has been the understanding of denial and affirmation. There is healthy denial and unhealthy denial. Unhealthy denial we all know about. This is denying the reality of higher truth. Healthy denial is the key to retaining inner peace. It is one of those key psycho-epistemological thoughts I spoke of earlier. The key here is not to allow any thought not of God to enter your mind.

When Jesus said to the complaining apostle, “Get thee behind me Satan," he was practicing healthy denial. When negative thoughts are trying to enter the conscious mind, they must be pushed out and replaced with spiritual thoughts and images. The mind works a lot like a television. When you see a program you don’t like, switch channels and shift your attention elsewhere. You don’t put spoiled or poisonous food in your mouth. Don’t put poisonous thoughts in your mind. Keep a good mental diet. It is really so simple.

If you don’t like the word “denial,” you can practice laughing the thoughts off the stage of your mind. If you allow negative thoughts into your mind, you will become negatively hypnotized. Most of my work as a psychologist and spiritual teacher is not hypnotizing people, but rather de-hypnotizing people--getting them out of the trances of illusion that they are in. What you think doesn’t create truth, but what you think creates the reality that you live in. As Sai Baba says, "Your mind creates bondage or your mind creates liberation.”

Sometimes when negative thoughts are bothering me I will imagine that the negative thoughts are like a mirror, and I see them shatter and break up into little pieces. Then I visualize the image of Sai Baba and/or the opposite of the attitudes or thoughts that were bothering me. A lot of times, just the image of Sai Baba is all I need. What can withstand the omnipotence, omnipresence and omniscience of the glory of Sai Baba!!

Golden Key Number 224--See Yourself As The Monad And An Ascended Master

The next golden key has been seeing myself as the soul, the monad and as an ascended master living on Earth. Practice being the monad or Mighty I Am Presence on Earth. Practice being an ascended master. Practice being the Master Jesus or Sai Baba. See others in this way even if they haven’t realized this yet. This again will help to polarize your consciousness to the next level. This is one of the real keys to manifesting your initiations and ascension.

Golden Key Number 225--Teach What You Are Learning

The next golden key has been my focus on teaching whatever I currently am learning. I would read, study and take notes with that intent. I have trained my mind to think this way, which is part of the reason I have developed the ability to make things easy to understand for people. By teaching, whether it be in classes and lectures or to clients, I would be forced to learn and master the information within myself. All lightworkers are teachers. Consider integrating everything you are studying from this perspective. I invite you to use this material in your own personal classes, lectures and client sessions as long as credit is given where credit is due. Study it first to help yourself, and then, as you progress, to help others.

Golden Key Number 226--Act Instead Of Criticize: A Story

The next golden key relates to a story I once heard from Paul Solomon about a mystery school. A young man came to a particular mystery school to begin his training. As he walked into the dining hall for breakfast the first morning he noticed that the floor was a little dirty outside the dining room. He commented to himself that this mystery school was not as organized as he thought it should be. The next day when he walked into the dining hall the floor was even filthier, and he was even more disgusted. He was thinking to himself that maybe he had picked the wrong mystery school. The third day it was filthier still and there was a broom standing by the door. The young man concluded that he was living at a very inept mystery school.

Of course the lesson that he was being taught was to pick up the broom and clean the mess up himself. This has great application in all of our lives, for life is a mystery school put on by our higher self and the ascended masters who monitor our development. When we see things that aren’t going right, perhaps God has revealed them to us in that moment so we can do something about them, even if it is simply saying a prayer. Tune into your inner guidance in regard to which things you are to take action on as part of your service work.

 Love For The Earth And Her Creatures

Golden Key Number 227--Love The Earth

A golden key which Djwhal Khul gave to me is to love the Earth. He said that loving Earth life was one of the keys to achieving ultimate liberation from it. Some lightworkers regard Earth as a prison or hell. This is faulty thinking. Earth, potentially, is a heaven. If everyone demonstrated fifth dimensional consciousness on Earth it would be a wonderful place to live. Our work is to co-create heaven on Earth. We are here to demonstrate the love, joy, peace and mastery that can be had on Earth by living here as ascended masters. We are the pioneers in this regard. There are many things to be enjoyed and treasured on the material plane. Djwhal Khul happens to like pizza. He often eats through other people’s bodies. Invite him in the next time you have pizza.

Golden Key Number 228--The Wisdom Of Animals

The next golden key has to do with my deeper understanding of how wise animals are. When I first met my former wife, she brought with her Patches and Rags who were almost seventeen years old. Patches was her cat and Rags instantly became mine although we both obviously loved both of them. I learned a big lesson in the beginning of our relationship about how wise these cats were, and animals in general. One weekend she had to go out of town and I was in charge of the cats. This was so early in our relationship that I had not completely bonded with the cats yet. This was the weekend of the Whole Life Expo, and I ended up being gone the entire weekend. I fed Patches and Rags and gave them water and cleaned the liter box, but that was about it.

When my former wife came home she immediately asked me how the cats were and if I had given them lots of love. I said that the cats were fine and that, yes, I had given them lots of love. I lied a bit here. Patches, who was lounging in the living room like the queen of Sheba, immediately began to speak to her telepathically and to tell her that I was not telling the truth--that I was barely home the entire weekend. My former wife told me what Patches had said, and boy was I busted! I’ll tell you I learned my lesson. After that our cats took over the household and my former wife and I completely lost control. What a life. We fussed over them like human babies.

This next cat story occurred when Rags passed away. I was extremely bonded to Rags and she definitely had me wrapped around her furry little paw. The day after she passed away, my former wife walked into the living room and saw Patches sitting out on the patio basking in the sun. She asked Patches, “What are you doing?” Patches immediately replied telepathically, “I am praying with Rags”. Sure enough there was Rags in her little animal spirit body sitting next to Patches praying. I think this was the most adorable moving experience I have ever seen! Djwhal Khul has told us that Patches was going to become human in her next lifetime. What I forgot to tell Djwhal is that I think she already is.

Golden Key Number 229--The Soul Mantra

The next golden key has been the use of the soul mantra. This was first brought forth by Djwhal Khul in the Alice Bailey books, and is the most profound mantra I have ever used. This mantra will completely activate you higher self and monad. You also can use this mantra to center yourself any time that you get off center. Prior to all spiritual work I would say this mantra.
