How to Achieve Happiness and Inner Peace at all Times and in all Situations of Life!

The great secret of happiness and inner peace that everyone in life is searching for is achieving a proper attitude and perspective towards life. If you think with your negative ego/fear based/separative mind you will live in a self created hell or negativity of your own creation. If you think with your Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God Mind you will live in a self created heaven and positivity of your own creation. Your feelings come from how you think not from people or outside circumstances. So basically happiness and inner peace is a matter of being trained to think properly for it is our thoughts that create our reality!

Most people think that they have to go to a movie, play, or be entertained to be happy. This is illusion. Happiness, joy, even bliss is a choice. You can choose to be happy all the time for no reason whatsoever.

Inner peace and happiness not only is right attitude and perspective, but also learning to recognize that you are one with God. The negative ego or separative mind in truth doesn’t even really exist. It is a figment of mankind’s imagination. If one recognizes they are an incarnation of God, and so is everyone else, and we are all one with each other and God, why shouldn’t we be happy? We have and are everything when we see the true reality of things!

Another aspect of inner peace and happiness is learning to quiet the mind. One does not have to think to be happy. Just being or not thinking at all and enjoying what I will call here a quiet mind is incredibly peaceful. So happiness and inner peace comes from thinking and learning not to think when appropriate. In a later chapter I will give the twenty-two key attitudes to developing happiness and inner peace which will make this even easier to understand! So never forget, “As a man thinketh so is he!” “You are what you think!” “Change your perspective, change your life!” “Be it done to you as you believe!”
