Q: What Time Does the Wesak Celebration Begin/End? A: Doors open on Saturday, May 17th 2008, at 9 am; the event begins at 10 am. Anticipated close of the event on Sunday, May 18th 2008, at 7 pm.


Q: Are There Any Breaks? What Schedule Can We Expect? A: There will be about a 3 hour lunch break on both days, as well as plenty of 20 minute breaks throughout each day.


Q: Is Food Provided in the Kultur- und Veranstaltungszentrum Schloss Mondsee? Are There Any Restaurants Close By? A: There will be small snacks and beverages available in the foyer. There are quite a few small restaurants within walking distance of the auditorium.


Q: What Kind of Seating Is Provided? Is There Reserved Seating or First Come First Serve? A: There will be plenty of pretty comfortable chairs to sit on. Seating is on a first come first serve basis for each session. Feel free to bring pillows for added comfort.


Q: What Weather Can We Expect? A: The weather this time of the year is usually quite pleasant during the day and can reach temperatures of up to 65F/18C but can get quite a lot cooler in the evenings. It is probably wise to bring layered clothing instead of merely spring/summer clothes; however, usually it is very lovely, warm and vernal in Mondsee at that time of the year. Q: Can I See the Wesak Program? A: The Wesak program guide will be handed out at the Wesak doors on the day of the event.


Q: Will the I AM University’s Curriculum Materials be Available at Wesak? A: Yes. All the I AM University’s written and audio curriculum materials will be available at the event. Books will only be available depending on available stock.


Q: Are Children Allowed Into The Auditorium? A: Yes, however, please make sure that they do not cause any disturbance for other attendees, especially during the meditations. Should babies or children start crying, it is best to have them leave the auditorium to allow your fellow attendees the convenience of enjoying the program without disruption.


Q: Can I take my dog into the auditorium? A: Pets are not allowed in the auditorium.


Q: I have lost something, Where would it be turned in if someone finds it? A: “Lost and Found” at the I AM University Registration Desk.


Q: Can I enter or leave the Auditorium during the program? A: Yes, however, we kindly ask to enter or leave the auditorium quietly as to not create any inconvenience for other Wesak attendees.


Q: If I leave early or miss an event how will I be able to get back in later? A: Wristbands will be issued at the door to be worn for the whole Wesak Celebration to allow for easy access.


Q: Can I buy a ticket at the door?

A: Yes. Tickets purchased at the door are €172,80.


Q: Do you offer one-day tickets?

A: One-day tickets are not bookable in advance but can be purchased at the doors for €120.
