My Beloved Readers, the inner plane Ascended Masters, and especially the Chohans of the Seven Rays and Synthesis Ashram, which are the eight Ashrams of the Christ, are looking for qualified initiates to fulfill Spiritual assignments and potential eventual Spiritual leadership positions of all kinds!
The Seven Ray Departments of the Office of The Christ are always looking for qualified initiates to help put into action on Earth all the Divine Plans that have been given to them by Lord Buddha,the Planetary Logos, by Lord Maitreya, the Planetary Christ, by Allah Gobi, the Manu, and by Saint Germain, the new Mahachohan! The Divine Plan is then given to the Chohans or Spiritual Leaders of the Eight Ashrams of the Christ, who make up intricate plans as to how to implement the actual Divine Plan on Earth in each department!
The first Ray ashram of El Morya deals with the political and governmental aspect of society! The Second Ray Ashrams of Master Kuthumi and the Synthesis Ashram which I hold Spiritual Leadership of deal with Spiritual Integration and Synthesis. The Third Ray Ashram of Serapis Bey deals with Business affairs of Earth! The Fourth Ray Ashram of Paul the Venetian deals with the Arts and Harmonization of the world. The Fifth Ray Ashram of Master Hilarion deals with all aspects of New Age Sciences on the Earth. The Sixth Ray Ashram of Sananda deals with the harmonization, unification, and clarification of the World Religions! The Seventh Ray Ashram of Saint Germain and the Master who is being trained to take over this Ashram who I shall call for now the "Violet Master" is involved with the Revamping of Civilization!
The only way the Inner Plane Chohans and/or other Spiritual Leaders can implement their Divine Blueprints to make Earth into a New Jerusalem and Christed Civilization is if they can find Initiates on earth to implement their plans! The problem is that all are chosen, but few choose to listen! The Ascended Masters are literally stymied in their efforts if they dont have initiates who will carry out their plans on Earth in each of the eight Ashrams and Seven Ray Departments of the Christ!
So the inner plane Ascended Masters have asked me to place an add in this Correspondence Courses and on the Website, as a type of "Head Hunter" on Earth, to see if I can be of service in helping to find qualified initiates to fulfill these needed Spiritual Assignments and potential Spiritual leadership positions!
There are other inner plane Masters as well such as Melchizedek, Mahatma, Metatron, Lord Maitreya, Lord Buddha, Saint German, who are also accepting applications, however, they may place you in the place they feel is best suited for you!

You will first of all receive the heartfelt gratitude of God, Christ, the Holy Spirit, Your Mighty I Am Presence, Your Superconscious mind, and the Ascended Masters!
Secondly you will receive an acceleration of your initiation, light body anchoring and activation process and Ascension process!
Thirdly you will receive the overlighting support of the Company of Heaven and you will have their ear so to speak! They will help to answer your prayers, and they will help you in all aspects of your life - Spiritually, mentally, emotionally, energetically, physical health wise, professionally, financially, socially and so on! They will help you to become a fully realized Christ!
Fourthly, when the inner plane Ascended Masters find Initiates who fulfill their Spiritual assignments, they are then given more assignments and more difficult ones! As they prove themselves worthy, these are the souls that are considered for future higher level Spiritual Leadership positions in the inner plane Spiritual Government! I myself was one of the initiates, and I worked in the Ashram of Djwhal Khul, fulfilling Spiritual Assignments from him and a great many other Masters. It was through this process over a period of time I was eventually asked by Djwhal and the Hierarchy to take over the Spiritual Leadership of the inner plane Synthesis Ashram when Djwhal moved to his next Cosmic Position! I was in training for around ten years after I was asked, and in the summer of 2003 the torch of Spiritual Leadership was passed! This is also the process of how I was voted in the early 1990s the High Priest Spokesperson for the Planetary Ascension Movement on Earth. Many were considered for this Spiritual Leadership Position, but I was humbly chosen! A person is chosen for a Spiritual Leadership position first off by their ability to fulfill the Spiritual Assignments that I am talking about in this advertisement for the Masters. When the Ascended Masters see an initiate can be counted on and pursues and demonstrates excellence in all they do, they are considered in a pool of more advanced initiates as potential Spiritual Leaders to take over higher Spiritual Hierarchical positions. For the inner plane Ascended Masters cannot move on to their higher Cosmic Positions without first finding a suitable replacement from the pool of initiates on Earth! There are thousands of different kinds of Spiritual Leadership positions of different kinds available! How you are noticed on Earth is by the nature of your light in your aura! They look for initiates with an "integrated light!" Balanced Chakras, balanced Rays, Mastery, Spiritual/Christ/Buddha/God consciousness in an integrated and balanced way! They look for unconditional love, humbleness, humility, service orientation, God purity, wisdom, power, egolessness, Spiritual leadership abilities, and so on!
So it begins with a consistent ability to complete Spiritual Assignments that are given. As the initiates, be it man or woman, prove themselves worthy, greater Spiritual assignments are given! As the initiates rise in their evolution and self mastery and Christhood, they are checked out even more closely in Metatrons Book of Life! Their past lives are looked at as to how they handled Spiritual assignments and Spiritual Leadership in past lives! It was through this process of humbly proving myself in doing the Spiritual assignments I was given by the Masters, and proving myself in the Spiritual Leadership positions I was given, that I was humbly voted by the Spiritual Hierarchy next World Teacher for the next 2000 year cycle!
I humbly share this story to just give you a sense of how this process can work! It can not only give you an acceleration of initiations, light bodies and ascension, as well as overlighting help from the inner plane Ascended Masters in all ways and all things, but through steady and consistent efforts, and the pursuit of excellence in all things, and a dedication to selfless service, it has the potentiality to lead to future Spiritual leadership in the inner plane Spiritual Government. For the plan is that all the current Masters in these positions will eventually move on and turn over Spiritual Leadership to up and coming initiates/masters on Earth!
It should also be noted that many initiates have the potentiality to go far beyond their original Divine Plan or Spiritual Contract that they signed before they came into this incarnation! By their hard work, a good work ethic, and a sincere heart and love for God and the Masters, the average man often surpasses the genius!
One more very interesting little bit of personal sharing on this process that Spirit and the Masters are guiding me to share is that in regards to my situation of becoming the next World Teacher, I was not, I repeat was not, originally scheduled to be next World Teacher! Spirit and the Masters told me Saint Germain was in line to take over this position for the next 2000 year cycle! However, because of my hard work and supreme work ethic, and focused dedication over a great number of years and doing all the Spiritual assignments that were asked of me, and dealing with the Spiritual leadership positions I had already been given in an effective manner, I basically made myself into the World Teacher on my own! This could be clearly seen by Spirit and the Masters in my Correspondence Courses and other works and service, so the previous Divine Plan was changed and I was given this Spiritual Leadership Position! What was also in my favor was the fact that I was currently incarnated on Earth and could hence reach more people still having a physical body! However, I found this fascinating that it was through my own free choice efforts, through dealing effectively with my spiritual assignments, past Spiritual leadership, and self made training I put myself through, that I was given an even more advanced Spiritual Leadership position than even Spirit and the Ascended Masters expected. Metatron told me this was also shown in the Book of Life, for I went far beyond my original Spiritual Contract I signed, and my Spiritual Contract with Spirit and the Masters has now twice been renegotiated! Metatron told me, it also showed in my Book of Life that I had a very high potential coming into this life, however, this whole thing I do with Synthesis and Full Spectrum Prism Consciousness was not in the original plan, this was something I developed myself on my own, and is one of the reasons I was in a position to bring through the Aquarian Age Christ teachings for the next 2000 year cycle! I share this personal story with you to inspire you to see how the Spiritual assignments the Masters are offering you can lead to Spiritual Leadership positions, and then larger Spiritual Leadership positions, and through hard work and focused dedication can even surprise Spirit and the Ascended Masters and change the whole Divine Plan! I once asked Spirit if there was any limit as to how much one could grow in any given lifetime! Spirit told me, it is all up to your specific commitment, your focus and your dedication! At a very young age I took this to heart and by the grace of God and the Masters at the ripe young age of 50 I am reaping the fruit of my past seeds sown! As I have stated previously in other places, the thought of being World Teacher for the next 2000 year cycle never ever entered my consciousness or mind! It was the last thought in the infinite universe I ever considered! The only thing I did know is that I knew this was a graced incarnation and I wanted to achieve my highest seed potential of Christ Realization and Christed service on Earth! I put all my eggs so to speak in one basket and that was God, Christ, the Holy Spirit and the Masters basket, and tried to let go of all false gods, idol worship, pearls of lesser price, alternative lovers, little gods, little doors and only focused on the "Pearl of Great Price as my good friend Quan Yin likes to say!" I have made lots of mistakes as we all have, but each time I made one I tried to learn from it and I would make a spiritual vow not to let it happen again, and for the most part I have stuck to my Spiritual vows and that has helped me to develop and refine my consciousness! My humble story is a story of the triumph of the human spirit, for in a great many ways I am a self made man or Christ! Nothing was handed to me on a silver platter! Everything I have humbly achieved I have worked for! What I did have going for me maybe from past lives and I know this life is that I loved God with all my heart and soul and mind and might, and I was willing to give up everything and I mean everything to find Him and Realize Him. I have not been perfect, but I have made the supreme effort! I have had to overcome incredibly supreme obstacles just like all of you reading this! Maybe even more difficult ones. However, my love and desire for God, and desire for Spiritual Growth and to be of Service was so great, it really was at the level of wanting God as much as a drowning man wants air. That is the Spiritual fervor, devotion, and enthusiasm I have lived my life with, especially the last 25 years. So my humble story is the story of what can be accomplished if you put all your eggs in Gods Basket, and if you dedicate your every thought, feeling, word, deed and breath to your highest potential to become a Christ and servant of all! Trying to the best of your ability not to waste a minute or waste a piece of energy! God told me recently that I was the most relentless devoted soul on Earth in terms of how I have lived my life! I have not been perfect, but I have relentlessly sought God and have been like the ocean waves which relentlessly pound the shore, my only goal being to realize the Christ and Cosmic Christ to my highest possible potential, and to be of service at my highest potential! I have been willing to give up everything for God, and have sought to "Glorify only God," as the Universal Mind stated through Edgar Cayce, which perfectly describes my situation. I have spent my life Glorifying God on Earth with an absolute one track mind, and now God has glorified me in Heaven! I am humbled beyond words at all that I have been given for as I said I did not do anything I did to get Spiritual leadership positions, I did it because I love God with all my heart and soul and mind and might, and I wanted to treat my brothers and sisters as I do myself! I just wanted to realize God and Christ to my highest potential! I saw each person as an incarnation of God, so to serve others was an opportunity to love and serve God and Christ, and myself, for I knew they were all one, for there is only one being in the infinite Universe and that is God, and we all share in God@s identity! My humble story is one the Universal Mind through Cayce also describes in his immortal words, "ALL THINGS TURN TO GOOD FOR THOSE WHO LOVE THE LORD AND FIT INTO HIS PLAN!"
