Dear Artists Around the World, Greetings!

As you know this Ray and department within the Spiritual Government is all about creating a reality that reflects the profundity, depth, beauty, harmony, balance, and glory of the Almighty One! Man has erected many beautiful edifices unto God, created paintings that stood the test of time due to the sublime frequency they carry, channeled music inspired from the spheres, and sculptures reminding man what it means to be made in the image and likeness of their Creator! However, as you know the majority of man’s artistic expressions on Earth are penetrated with the energy of fear, lower self, and negative ego! Being the Planetary Chohan of the Fourth Ray and as such responsible to bring out the Beauty of God within each of you and in the without of the world, it is my job and responsibility to help each of you become pure pillars and channels of the Fourth ray energy of Spirit in an integrative way! We each are rays of God in expression in truth! Some express God’s Love, some God’s Power, others still more of God’s Wisdom and active intelligence! The Seven Rays are a Reflection and Expression of God’s Personality, however, each and every creature is a ray of God, an emanation of God, an expression of God, a ‘personality trait’ of God! In my life as Michaelangelo I humbly was a pure incarnation of the Fourth ray energy! My call to you now is to inspire each of you to embody that energy within your own consciousness and to externalize it in the world! Below you will find service opportunities to embody this energy within the cosmos of your inner consciousness and the cosmos of the world that abounds! You know we all of the Spiritual Hierarchy have what you could lovingly call a “Spiritual Agenda!” Just as Serapis’ “agenda” is it to drum up God’s Business on Earth, and El Morya’s “agenda” is one of re-establishing God’s Power in its purity and strength, my humble Spiritual mission, purpose, and personal desire is it to transform this planet into “Paul’s World!” “Paul’s World” is a world penetrated by the beauty and majesty of God! Not just through the many manifestations of art but also, and above all else, through transforming the human spirit and consciousness itself into an edifice of Beauty, Balance, and Harmony reflecting the true essence and spirit of the God that resides within! Fourth Ray Integrated Ascended Master Certificate Program:

• Fourth Ray I AM University Integrated Master Artist of Beauty, Harmony, and Balance Certificate

To be officially recognized as a “Fourth Ray I AM University Integrated Master Artist of Beauty, Harmony, and Balance” by Spirit and the inner plane Ascended Masters and receive an official certificate expressing the completion of the study, integration, and application work required to earn this title and add to your Spiritual resume, you are asked to 1) enroll in the I AM University, 2) study, apply, and demonstrate the I AM University Curriculum in your daily life as well as work with the Ascension Activation Meditations and Consciousness Development Subconscious Mind Makeover CD Series, and 3) actively serve within the Fourth Ray Department in whatever way you feel guided to for the duration of four years! Your service work may find expression through one or more of the service opportunities outlined under “Fourth Ray Department Service Opportunities” or may be fulfilled through your own creative ideas! Please inform the office of the I AM University 1) of the date when you officially “launch” your active service work, and 2) of your actual physical fourth ray service implementation steps within the I AM University and in the world! After four years of active service in the Fourth Ray Department under the special auspices of God, Christ, the Holy Spirit, the Mahachohan, and Paul the Venetian you will be endowed with the “Official Certificate of Fourth Ray I AM University Integrated Master Artist of Beauty, Harmony, and Balance!” This certificate, upon completion, is given to you directly by Spirit and the Masters, and should be recognized as something that holds great value and recognition in the Spiritual world. It is also a certificate which will greatly add to your Spiritual resume, for all souls when they leave this world will be seeking Spiritual leadership and service opportunities in the many dimensions of reality as they journey back to Source. So do not underestimate the value which these potential certificates, as offered to you on this day of our Lord, in truth really hold. It is also possible to receive certificates in multiple ashram departments simultaneously if you feel guided to do so. This is an option, not a requirement. More is not better. Being in the TAO and finding your right puzzle piece within the Divine Plan is the fastest path to Self and God Realization! There is a one time €22 processing fee which you are asked to pay upon completion of the study, integration, and application work required to earn this certificate! Thank you!
