• track one: Voice only

• track two: Audible: voice, music, nature sounds, Subliminal: binaural beats

• track three: Audible: binaural beats, Subliminal: voice

• track four: Audible: voice, nature sounds, Subliminal: binaural beats, supersense affirmations and invocations (right ear affirmations - left ear invocations)

Each CD includes binaural beats which are specially generated sound frequencies that can be used to alter brainwaves. Binaural beat recordings can be used to put the mind into a specific state of consciousness, such as relaxation, creativity, or Spiritual attunement. These CDs are best listened to through stereo headphones to get the maxim results!
