If you are having problems finding accommodation in Mondsee itself, please consider staying in a neighbouring village. All hotels on this list are within 15 minutes (car/taxi). So unless you are staying in Mondsee itself you will need a car or taxi to get to the Wesak auditorium.

Alternatively, please consider staying in Salzburg city. Salzburg city is just 30km from Mondsee. You can go from Salzburg to Mondsee by taxi or by bus.
A taxi from Salzburg to Mondsee is about €50 (per car) and takes about 20 minutes. If you go by regular bus from Salzburg to Mondsee, it costs €5,40 (per person) and takes about 50 minutes.

Please note that the last bus on Saturday night leaves Mondsee at 7:30pm; however, the event will go on Saturday night until 9pm. Since the event will close on Sunday at 6:45pm you will be able to catch the 7:30pm bus to Salzburg on Sunday night.
We will be happy to arrange group taxis for both Saturday night and Sunday night. You will have an opportunity to reserve a seat during the weekend and I AM University will organize group taxis as necessary.
